The Vail is Thin, Where Love Is


To tell you to leave

Hurt my senses 

Even more than when you


Vocalized no love for me.

Abandoned you did in spirit 

intertwined by necessity

Love unconditionally once given


Interwoven cannot easily be torn.

Spirits compensate 


The family unit is intact while

Humor is found as life is busy

In the world of commerce

Never time to reflect on


Why, or where, or when, because

Home is the hub; that's the rub

Even wants and needs are filled 

Routes to travel as each position

Ends before a new opening is


Laid and a new field is viewed

Overall it takes time for maturity

Viewing the blessings given before 

Evening time of one life brings joy


In a life of health comes sorrows, 

Spirits' second vow to death bows.
