Love Lost to the Ages

 LOVE LOST TO THE AGES

Landing into a world of time
Overcoming separation of prime
Venturing forward at times brave
Events seem too hard not to cave
Love supreme, chips given a chance
Over time recognizing the parlance
Still a battle to fight, overcome, decide
Time too long not a child, missing too as bride.
Tumbling leaves in the wind as pages of life
Open a story sometimes of love, sometimes of strife.
Then into time comes the chips that fit into the heart
Heart softened by sorrow, by care, unfurls as a dart
Enters and pours out unconditional love from the ages
Again, met, set, and match to finish a story's pages
God's plan in action, turning sorrow into rapture
End of times comes for all when the spirit is in capture
Spirits arise to source to return, lesson learned or again returned?

  one of my unsharable memories - Love is the ability and willingness to allow those you care for to be what they choose for themselves without any insistence that they satisfy you. - Wayne Dyer This is today's world where hate is accepted, and love is banned. Where countries take up arms to fight instead of thinking of their children and their elders in peril. I speak not only of the present deadly and depraved fighting - another ethnic cleansing in effect as was done in Syria - we have not forgotten you - in Uganda, we have not forgotten you; there are many going on now with biased reporting - killing their protesters not arresting them - In the Americas not just the States - hate for neighbors, hate and fear of the unknown and the unknown striking back to protect.
