 Patrick, my November son Although not my number one Turned into my Atsy and Drama King Ready in wit and tongue Indeed, ready with elaborate Charm to fit a fine tale Knowing with a wink, we knew Son was our rainbow baby Hale and harty and like his Elder and younger brothers Never known to say no to Every one in any need.  I am really proud of each one of you in  your overall strengths and thankful to God for your humane aspects, and glad that you  have used your talents to help over the years. Walt Whitman father of free verse poetry

  Walt Whitman was considered the father of free verse. He was a journalist, essayist, and poet; He was controversial because of his lifestyle. He was also a humanist. During the American civil war, he went to Washington D.C to help in the hospitals with the men wounded. On this earth from 1819 until 1892: dying at the age of 72. He was born on Long Island, Nassau County, and raised in Brooklyn, New York City, where he also spent most of his career. He quit school at age 11 to work.
