Bathed in sadness
Lathered by gladness
Up and down goes
Emotion that blows
Moment to moment
Over that loment
Opening in maturity
Not knowing surety
Onward the dreams
Nightly toiling themes
Chasing rainbows
Hurled into throes
Instead of pleasant
Landing as pheasant
Deemed for the pot
Hurried into mature rot
Only let the child dream
Of lollipops and cream
Don't make sans promise.
