My Medicine Today

 MY MEDICINE TODAY

My morning pill is My God, the Almighty One.
.Yet through the day, He is there for me, always
Meals for me have many cautions.
Every item, freshly grown, misshapen, is okay
Diet is not simple; I can not eat what you may
Instead, an apple, only a little Mango, or
Cramps, my tongue may love, but the stomach not.
Indulgence of fruits and veggies, there is a wide variety.
Need my meats to also eat clean, or the stomach erupts
Evening comes, and again, my exercises
Throughout the day have been done,
Only leaving a walk so the newly shaped remains.
Do not wish the lymphedema to return
And having the pains and aches again, but
Yet, the main is My God, my protector and director.
